I recently moved to Accelrys as a scientist. I was a former research associate in Prof. J. Andrew McCammon's group at University of California, San Diego (UCSD) from 2003-2005.  I received my PhD in Prof. William A. Goddard's group from California Insitute of Technology (Caltech) in 2002.  I worked on Computational Protein Design and Molecular Docking during my PhD thesis research. My research interest includes: Protein structure-function-stability relationship Protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions Electrostatics calculation and applications in evaluating protein-protein/ligand interactions Protein design using these principles
